How Swiss “Do it”

Swiss are very active and sporty people, even in old age, they try to maintain their physical form.  Swiss people spend the  most of leisure time with sports and health, so the most popular entertainment: hiking, thermal spas, extreme sports🎿.
1. Heiking: available financially, a good physical activity, a lot of emotions when you reach the very top and of course the magnificent Swiss nature views.
2. Thermal spa: not expensive(40-70 francs), but you also need to take into account the cost of cable car(30-50 francs). The most beautiful Spas are in mountains. Usually there are several kind of saunas, salt caves, thermal pools. Especially interesting are Spas,  with outdoor pools with Alp view. In such places you feel a special unity with nature, the greatness of the Alps calms a mind, after the procedures you want to look at your life in a new way. There is a small feature of Swiss saunas:  you need be there naked (saunas are public), but you can just wrap yourself in a towel and no one will say you anything.
3. Extreme sports. The main national entertainment is skiing (snowboarding). The local schoolchildren even have special ski holidays (2 weeks). The price of the question is certainly much more expensive than in other countries, but it’s worth it, the trails are long and wide. The average cost of skiing: 70-120 francs per day, rental equipment: 100-200 francs; 1 night in the hotel: minimum 100 francs.
