Ingredients

  • 120 g couscous (semolina): 0.52 CHF
  • 1 can of tuna: 1.20 CHF
  • 1/2 cucumber: 0.30 CHF
  • 1/2 green bell pepper: 0.32 CHF
  • 1 tomato: 0.40 CHF
  • 1 onion: 0.22 CHF
  • A handful of chickpeas: 0.30 CHF
  • A bit of parsley or coriander: 0.20 CHF
  • 1 tbsp olive oil: 0.23 CHF
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon: 0.30 CHF
  • Salt: 0.01 CHF

Total: 3.80 CHF

Instructions

  1. Chop all the veggies, fluff up your couscous, mix in the tuna and chickpeas, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt, and toss everything together with your herbs.
  2. Let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours—the flavors really come alive when it’s chilled!

This dish is perfect for summer lunches, meal prep, or even a light dinner.
