What is a Women-Friendly, Diverse and Inclusive Hackathon Like?

I had never been to a hackathon before, and a picture of a chaotic, high-pressure, and fiercely competitive atmosphere came to mind. So, when I volunteered to help organise Hack’n’Lead, I knew it was a women-friendly and different hackathon. Still, I anticipated some tension and stress, but to my surprise, I encountered none. To the point that I got myself asking my colleagues: “Is this really what a hackathon is like?’
