“I’m just a freaky Italian guy, who during the last 10 years, has spent most of his time learning about coffee; brewing, roasting, competing at national championships, making his living working as head barista & trainer here in Zurich and now roasting some delicious coffees for you!”
So he was not only barista, trainer and candidate for national championships, he also started to build his own specialty nano coffee roastery.
