After a day of discovery, you can relax in the luxurious surroundings of the Bürgenstock Resort. Reopened in 2017 after extensive construction work, the resort offers a sanctuary of relaxation and indulgence. With its upscale hotels, extensive wellness facilities and gourmet restaurants, the resort is the perfect retreat for anyone looking for a blend of nature and luxury. However, it’s worth noting that the Bürgenstock Resort is renowned for its luxury and comes with a price tag that may not be accessible for students. Château Gütsch

Perched majestically above the town, Gütsch Castle is a captivating destination for both locals and travelers. Offering sweeping views of Lake Lucerne and the iconic Rigi Kulm peak, reaching the castle’s viewing platform is an adventure in itself. Whether you opt for the Gütsch gondola or prefer the scenic route through the Gütsch forest, the journey is as thrilling as the destination.🏰

Ferris wheel at the Lucerne autumn fair

The next sight is a little out of the ordinary, and only accessible for 3 weeks every year at the Lucerne Autumn Fair, called “Lözerner Määs” – it’s the Ferris wheel, of course, which offers a view of Lucerne that hardly exists anywhere else. So if you’re visiting Lucerne next autumn, the Lozärner Määs will be running from October 5 to October 20, 2024 – mark your calendars. 📆🎡🍂

Mount Pilatus

Climb the Mount Pilatus, where serenity and grandeur come together at 2,132 meters above sea level.
