How often doing a Face Mask?

Face masks should be done twice a week to be beneficial and have optimal results. For oily skin it is recommended to mask 2-3 times a week.

Precautions when utilizing essential oils (EO):
  • always perform an allergy test on the elbow before use (at least 24 hours) because EO can be potentially irritating
  • avoid eye contact
  • keep away from heat and light
  • be careful when using EO, never exceed the recommended dose
  • do not use during pregnancy or while breast-feeding
  • do not use on children

⚠️: Before you follow my instructions, I strongly suggest you to first identify the products your skin cannot tolerate to avoid allergic reactions, because yes even if a product is 100% natural it cannot be suitable for you.
