DINNER IN 30 MINUTES: Syrnyky

You want to start cooking but you don’t have the time? This recipe is part of a series of recipes that include recipes that you can make at home within 30 minutes.

In a large bowl, add cottage cheese and smash it to decompose the block of cheese

Put the flour, sugar and the egg

When the mixture is firm, create pancakes with a width of about 10cm

In a large frying pan, add the frying oil and cook the pancakes on hight heat for about 1min on each side.

Garnish the pancakes with blueberries, sour cream, caramel…
