Welcome back to my awareness campaign!
If you haven’t read my previous posts, you can find the links at the end of this page.
Today I would like to present you some of the most common benefits of CBD.
CBD is an appealing option for those who are looking for relief from pain and other symptoms, without the mind-altering effects of marijuana or certain pharmaceutical drugs.
There are hundreds of conditions CBD can help you with, however, I have summarized for you the most common of them here and in the short video at the end of this post.
Let’s explore the most common CBD benefits:
Anxiety
One of the most common reasons why people use CBD Oil is that it has calming effects that relax mind and body, hence, reducing anxiety symptoms, stress and panic attacks. It has been shown to reduce symptoms of social anxiety disorder.
Using CBD has been shown to reduce anxiety and depression in both human and animal studies.

Inflammation
Because of CBD’s anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, people can use it to heal blemishes, dryness, redness, inflammations, acne, as well as psoriasis.
CBD may have beneficial effects on acne due to its anti-inflammatory qualities and its ability to control the overproduction of sebum.

Chronic pain and arthritis
Multiple studies have demonstrated that CBD provides effective pain relief for individuals with arthritis, multiple sclerosis, chronic nerve pain and inflammation caused by exercise.
CBD oil has proven its effectiveness as a natural analgesic for severe chronic illnesses.
In a study of individuals with rheumatoid arthritis, a daily CBD spray treatment reduced pain both when the person was moving and when they were at rest.

Insomnia
CBD can relieve general insomnia, as well as improve sleep-related symptoms for individuals with PTSD or rheumatoid arthritis.
Another useful benefit is that it can help with falling asleep and staying asleep. This is particularly useful for people who suffer from insomnia or restless leg syndrome.
Epilepsy and seizures
CBD has been shown to ease symptoms related to Parkinson’s disease and has been officially approved by the FDA for treating epilepsy. In numerous studies, it was able to reduce the number of monthly epilepsy seizures between 36.5% to 52.4%, and in some cases it was able to stop them altogether.
CBD was also shown to reduce the progression of Alzheimer’s disease in test-tube and animal studies.

Cancer-Related Symptoms
People diagnosed with cancer turn to hemp-based products, including CBD oil, as it can reduce chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting symptoms by nearly 50%. CBD helps ease the side effects of chemotherapy and the pain caused by the illness in general.
Though CBD has been shown to help reduce symptoms related to cancer and cancer treatment, and may even have cancer-fighting properties, more research is needed to assess its efficacy and safety.

Nicotine and opioid addiction
For people in recovery, CBD has shown to significantly reduce an individual’s craving for nicotine or heroin and alleviate the symptoms of withdrawal.
Can CBD Oil Products Become Addicting?
The good news is that CBD doesn’t have any addictive properties, so you can keep your mind at ease.
