How to create a great bio?
It seems like a very small topic, but good bio + IG grid = the first impression on Instagram. Considering current competition and speed with which average user scrolling though profiles – good bio can make quite a difference.
The main principals are:
- To mention the name of blogger and key words in Bio
- The main idea should be on the first line
- Do not make long or complicated sentences
- I would not include words like lifestyle, food, sport etc. There are just too many of them already
- Better to come up with something simple and catchy
- Write Bio in language of you target audience.
When new user opens your profile for the first time, he can only see first two lines of Bio. It is good idea to sum up the main topic of your blog in there.
