Gaggia Americano 1959
This is one of the revolutionary machines. It was one of the pioneers, which made the espresso manufacturing possible. It is one of the first machines, which worked with pressure, so called LEVA System.
The heating system for the cups on top, the tea water and the milk foam seems natural to us nowadays but it was for sure a big step in this time.
You still need some muscles with this beauty to pull the lever.
Fanema 1961
This coffee machine has next to LEVA System a brewing system, which produces over 3 liters of coffee and keeps it hot (the right tank).
Pavoni Concorso 1956
André highlights here the unique shape and design of the coffee machine because it triggers emotions.
He says:
“It’s like with cars, even when you have a sophisticated machine, with the right design it is just more fun”
As the article says: André has the right tools for the perfect espresso.
