? Prep Time: 10 min | ??? Cook Time: 0 min | ⏱️ Total Time: 10 min |?Servings: 2-3
? Ingredients:
- 150 g amla
- 75 g beetroot
- 75 g carrot
- 25 g coriander
- 20 g minth
- 10 g ginger
- 150 ml water
? Instructions:
1. Rinse the amla, beetroot, carrot, coriander, mint, and ginger thoroughly. ?
2. Peel the beetroot and carrot, then roughly chop them along with the amla.
3. Place the chopped ingredients, along with the ginger, coriander, and mint, into a blender.
4. Blend the ingredients without adding water, then strain the mixture through a fine metal strainer.
5. Add 75 ml of water to the blender and blend again. Strain the mixture through the strainer.
6. Repeat this process once more with an additional 75 ml of water.
7. Your ABC-shot is now ready! Enjoy this refreshing detox booster. ?
P.S: To store it longer or to prepare this shot ahead of time, follow the same procedures and keep the ABC-Shot in the freezer. Unpack the shot few hours before consumption and leave it melt until it becomes liquid.
