大家好，欢迎回来我的博客。今天我将与大家浅谈一下目前中国加工贸易的困境。 过去的几十年里，强大的加工贸易把我们带到了“世界工厂”的段位，使我们成为世界第二大经济体。可是为什么如今我们的制造业处境却如此尴尬？ 1） 中国的制造业在国际产业分工链条中始终处在低端制造的位置，只能做一些附加值低，利润微薄的加工贸易。 2） 中国制造的比较优势 — 土地，劳动力等成本优势都在消失，导致很多国际品牌在中国的工厂选择外迁或迁回本国建厂。 从全球产业结构格局看，越南、印度等东南亚国家和墨西哥等美洲国家现在在土地、劳动力这些成本上都比我们有优势，形成不可避免的最新一次产业转移浪潮。 中国改革开放初期为了招商引资在税收、进出口经营权和注册资本等方面都外企出了很多优惠政策。随着国内经济的发展，中国本土和外国企业在中国经营遵循的企业开设、经营、履约等方面遵循的政策法则所需要耗费的时间和金钱成本大大增加。 国内中小企业融资成本高，各地的商业银行在选择借贷对象时，往往倾向于把钱贷国企或者地方性大企业。 3）企业自身因素：中国制造业本应从目前以加工贸易为主的结构调整为向高端制造业，但是遗憾的是，很多企业处于“温水煮青青蛙的状态”没有居安思危，做到及时的准确的产业转型。加之制造业利润微薄很多制造业业主不敢孤注一掷，投入大价钱冒着风险升级改革。国内制造业从业人员整体素质偏低，硬件的升级相对容易，但是后期人员操作技术等一系列软件的升级具有较大的难度。 4）国外因素：美国在经济危机里发现自己国家产业出现了空心化，美国前总统奥巴马以及现任总统特朗普相继推出了很多扶持制造业的产业政策。惠普、苹果等一些美国公司经过一番战略分析之后纷纷把工厂迁回中国。 感谢大家的支持，我们将在下一期探讨加工贸易企业如何在困境中生存和发展下去。感兴趣的话就持续关注我吧！请在留言区留下你对国内目前加工贸易现状的了解和分析，大家可以一起探讨学习。也欢迎大家关注我的领英主页，进行更多的交流和学习https://www.linkedin.com/in/jing-li-7a578015b/
