Now it is important to keep abreast to keep track of the tools emerging for the promotion of Real Estate. Why is it so important? The purchase of Real Estate is one of the most significant purchases in the lives of most people.Digital tools are here to help. They are able to do such effect, that the buyer will not understand that we have developed a strategy for digital promotion, using chat-bots, social media targeting and lead generation, “quiz”, VR, smart houses, sharing economy, etc.The Real Estate market in digital marketing occupies a special niche. There are a lot of effective digital tools to promote real estate on the Internet. Such tools in Real Estate are:

After the chatbot  finishes a dialogue with a potential customer it will convert the results of the chat application which you can use for further work with the client. This system, which was fairly easy to configure, has allowed Real Estate companies to increase the speed of processing online requests, to improve customer loyalty due to the rapid reaction, to increase the conversion due to a rapid response on the online form and reduce the human factor when processing applications.

Drones

Marketers have long recognized the potential of flying drones for Real Estate sales. With photo and video one can create a whole picture of the construction site, existing facilities and the surrounding area, which forms a fundamentally different view of the object and the pad to the client. Panoramic photos and videos could not better convey the scope of the project, give it a status, and allow  to show all the land in dynamics and to create a panoramic picture of the ongoing work. Meanwhile, according to some experts, customers are willing to pay more for the nice view up to  10% and in the segment of VIP Estate – up to 20% of the purchase price.
