Ciao peeps and welcome back to Photography for Beginners! You have finally made it to my eighth and final post. It was a great pleasure sharing my hobby and passion with you, thank you very much for your support! So let’s get into it:)
So, you’ve been exploring photography and finally feel ready to level up — buy your own camera. First of all — amazing! But with so many camera options out there, it can be overwhelming to know where to start. Whether you’re dreaming of landscapes, portraits, or street shots, the right gear will support your creative goals without breaking the bank.
What to consider before buying?
Before jumping in, ask yourself:
-
What will I mostly shoot? (Portraits, travel, cityscapes, etc.)
-
Do I want a compact camera or am I okay with bulkier gear?
-
How important is manual control to me right now?
-
Will I shoot videos too, or mainly photos?
-
What’s my budget range?
Answering these will help you narrow down the perfect match.
