𼪠Carla’s Club Sandwich
Hearty, fresh, and packed with protein. Great for energy, focus, and lake day lunches.
Youâll need:

2 slices of toast

100âŻg protein (chicken, tofu, or grilled cheese)

Tomato, cucumber, arugula

1 tbsp Greek yogurt + a splash of light ketchup
How to:
Toast the bread, layer everything up, slice and enjoy warm or on the go.
đĄ Prep tip: Chop and store ingredientsâassemble fresh in minutes.
đĽ Watermelon Cucumber Salad with Feta & Mint
Crisp, cool, and addictive. The salad you didnât know you needed.
Youâll need:

½ small watermelon, cubed

1 cucumber, thinly sliced

100âŻg feta (or vegan alternative)

Fresh mint, chopped

Olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper
How to:
Toss everything gently. Chill. Done. Keeps for 2â3 days in the fridge.
đĄ Brain food tip: Add couscous or quinoa to make it lunch-worthy.
đ Yogurt Berry Popsicles (No Blender Needed)
A summer treat thatâs refreshing, not too sweet – and zero fuss.
Youâll need:

1 cup (150g) Greek or coconut yogurt

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

A handful of berries (fresh or frozen)

Popsicle molds or cups + spoons
How to:
Mix yogurt and sweetener, stir in berries, freeze for 6+ hours. Done.
