Grab your shakers, strainers, and syrups… It’s mocktail time!
Welcome back! Today’s blog post will be quite hands-on, so make sure you have a large surface because we are getting busy with earning our bartender license đ Click on the image to watch the video for each mocktail and find the ingredients within this blog post.
- 7 Raspberries (4 for the drink & 3 for garnish)
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 1/2 oz non-alcoholic gin
- 3/4 lemon juice
- Choice of bubbles to top up (I recommend raspberry & rhubarb tonic water)
- 3 oz chamomile tea (chilled)
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- Choice of bubbles to top up (I recommend Elmer Citro, lemon/lime sparkling water)
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 3 oz hibiscus tea
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 oz simple syrup (however, vanilla syrup works even better)
- Choice of bubbles to top up (I recommend raspberry & rhubarb tonic water, Elmer citro or Hibiscus Schwepps sparkling water)
- Mint leaves
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 3/4 oz non-alcoholic gin
- 2 oz cucumber juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
- Choice of bubbles to top up (I recommend lemon/lime sparkling water or Elmer Citro)
- 2 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/4 oz apple cider vinegar
- Choice of bubbles to top up (I recommend grapefruit Schwepps sparkling water)
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz vanilla syrup
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz passionfruit juice
- 1 passionfruit pulp (1/2 pulp for drink & 1/2 for garnish)
- Choice of bubbles to top up (I recommend sparkling water)
