Honestly! Whenever I see someone’s hairstyle, I immediately think, “I wonder what kind of mood they’re in today?”
Because hair reveals emotions, it really does.
A messy bun? “I’m tired, but chill.”
A sleek blow-dry? “Confidence ON!”
A bold color change? Oh, someone’s going through something — or starting something new!
As for me… my journey with hair has been long, emotional, and yes — a bit fluffy
My natural hair is wavy, and let’s just say it has a very independent personality.
So, who am I?
I’m Uğur!
Once upon a time, I had long, natural hair…
Then came the phase of lightening sprays, straighteners, dyes, and all those dramatic “what if I just cut bangs?” moments.
Yep—my hair has seen things.
And yes…
I’ve had my fair share of bad hair days (and probably many more to come )— but you know what?
We throw on a bun, add a headband, and boom — we SHINE anyway!

Because Hair Is Never Just Hair
Sometimes it’s a fresh start; Sometimes it’s a bold expression of confidence.
And sometimes… it’s simply our way of saying, “I’m taking care of myself.”
But let’s admit it… When life takes a weird turn, after a messy breakup or a low moment in life,
what’s the first thing we do? We book a hair appointment!
And here’s a serious but heartfelt note I want to leave here:
From my own experience and from what I hear from the amazing women around me, when our hair doesn’t shine… We don’t really feel like ourselves either.
But please, don’t get it wrong: that shine isn’t for anyone else. It’s 100% for us
Just to look in the mirror and say;
“You know what? I look really good today.”
And that, right there, is exactly what we’re chasing in this blog all the little things that make us feel beautiful.
