In order to advance in this chapter, I have started to look for work myself in the different networks, media and others that I have been told or that I found on my own, I could not tell this story if I have not lived it, I can not talk about what I do not know, I have to understand what it is about before moving forward.
There are two channels, may be more… it depends on the ones you want to take, I talk about the closest to reality and in a legal way, all so you can make your life project, in this part I will talk about some data to approach the Swiss labor market, this search has been enriching, all to learn more about how they are managed in this country. We are in Switzerland and here the high qualities are appreciated, first world, you have to adapt quickly to the culture, the main data that I have found as opportunities are:
- Primarily the language, you are in Europe, basically here they speak 3 languages or more because of the proximity to other nations, in addition… we are talking about Switzerland, so here 4 languages are spoken, French, Italian, Romance and German, of course English helps and is in many parts of the world, but in the end to be fully integrated into the Swiss labor market as a foreigner is very important to have language, at least B1 in German. (IMPORTANT TO HAVE THE LANGUAGE).
- For the next point, the matter gets more interesting, as a foreigner, you have several ways and it may be trite but some are handled like this, you marry a local, which will allow you to apply for a special work permit (this procedure may take some time, I remind you that these steps depend entirely on you to achieve whatever the path of your preference).
- You are highly qualified and enter the professions that serve the interests of Switzerland, such as doctors, educators, CEOs, that kind of professions, but being a foreigner, thats what you have to deal with, because they will give priority to locals, followed by those who come from the European Union, on the other hand as is my case, I come from a “Third Country” or, in other words, I belong to the rest of the world, this is already a difficult situation, because there are not only three people who want to apply for a job (that’s why I refer to the language as IMPORTANT) in this way the employers could take pity on your soul by reviewing your CV not without first having reviewed the locals (Swiss), then those from the EU and finally those from third countries and saw in you what they needed (of course, the employer has to do an additional procedure filling out documents indicating to the authorities why he is hiring you, which will result in your hiring or rejection after a background check).
for a detailed process please go to this link and this one for the non-EU
Ultimately, if none of the above has worked, proceed with everything you need to make your own business (which I will talk about in part 3).
Learning German is a MUST HAVE so you can apply to take courses at Language center HSLU for FREE! Or you can apply for intensive courses at one of the many language schools in Lucerne, one of them for example that has been recommended to me to raise your level quickly is “Alemania” or sign up for free to online groups like the Sprachtandem, where you can have conversations with people who want to learn your native language in exchange for being able to practice German with them, I find this cultural exchange fascinating, it gives you the opportunity to talk with a 60 year old man who still wants to learn languages as well as young people of 25 or 30 years old who are looking for the same, I would say that it is not only learning a language, but making friends around the world which in these times is a Necessity.
What you want and how you want it, depends entirely on you, so in each of the above points I can define it in phrases that have guided me in life, advice you get from your family… “the world belongs to the intrepid” or in other words to those who dare to go for their dreams.

To be continued…
Great insights Mijail! Romania is considered a third country as well so lots of my Romanian friends living in Switzerland had to deal with that issue. Looking forward for your next article!
