How do bloggers always find what to write or talk about?
Post after post, stories after stories… I do not know if it will be any surprise, but all this content, every post, story, live, ads, and so on are usually very in advance planned and considered to serve a purpose.
So welcome to the beginning of my copywriting tools, tricks and hacks. This blog will briefly describe how to systemize your content, create a flow, and being consistent and effective.
The systematization of the different content and purpose behind it – Content Categorization. The easiest way is to make a table in Excel with 3 headings:

Simply speaking, this is the purpose of the content or the goal you would like to achieve posting it. Ideally, the blog will combine all of them to satisfy the different needs of your target audience. The main categories which exist on Instagram are:
The problem of TA:
To make useful and popular content you need to know the problems of your TA and offer them a solution. People are more willing to buy not services or goods, but solutions to their problems.
Find the common problem of your audience and make sure that the content of your blog solves it.
Way to solve (content)
The main task is to write down not only categories but also ideas for your publications. To collect all ideas, you can use separate tables or mind maps.

Some notes on it:
The best source for Problems of TA – communication. “Selling” is a possible place for an ad integration and it is usually a manager`s responsibility to find a customer. As I mentioned above, the next step is using Excel or mind maps describing posts in more detail + what time they are going live. And this is how the content schedule is being created and updated.
I really hope you will find this information useful and helpful. I am looking forward to your questions and ideas for further posts!
