STUG1 Week 12 – BrewCrew

So this week was our last week. We did a lot in this final stretch and we managed to deliver a good pitch. We finished up all the textures and materials and also some furniture assets we didn’t have yet and we added the winning and ending scene. We also added some jingles and sounds that gave the game some extra oomph and the people seemed to like it. We wanted to make an introduction scene where we see Rosie, the main character and her cat for the first time. It would have been nice for the player to get immersed into the setting of the game but there was just not enough time. There was a change in schedule and we had to move the pitch forward by one day. We are a bit sad that we couldn’t implement the intro scene and also the cat sounds we meticulously recorded but it’s fine because we still got to present a fairly good game that could reel some people in to play for a good chunk of time 🙂

We had a really good time working on this game and we are glad that our hard work payed off in the end. And with that the BrewCrew signs off <3
