We all want to feel good in our bodies, but fitness is so much more than that. It’s about having energy, confidence, and a routine that works for your lifestyle.
That’s exactly why I created Balance & Strength – a blog made for women who want to build a sustainable routine that supports their body and mind. No extremes, no guilt, no pressure. Just real results through balanced training and simple nutrition.
Why Balance & Strength?
The name Balance & Strength comes from what truly transformed my own fitness journey: combining strength training and Pilates.
For years, I followed different workout and diet plans, joined group fitness classes, and even worked with personal trainers at the gym. But no matter how hard I trained, something always felt off.
🏋️♀️ Strength training helped me feel powerful, toned, and confident but sometimes left me stiff, heavy, or tired.
🧘♀️ Pilates brought balance improving my posture, core stability, flexibility, and connection to my body but alone, it wasn’t enough to build real strength.
I started researching how our bodies actually work – watching educational videos, reading about fitness science, and trying different approaches myself. That’s when I finally found: the most effective way to train is combining both.
Once I found this balance — everything changed. I stopped feeling bulky or too soft. I finally felt strong and feminine, toned and mobile.
Now, I want to share this approach with other women who are looking for a training method that feels effective, sustainable, and good for your body and mind.
📣 A message for you
You don’t need to train 6 days a week or give up your favourite foods to feel good in your body.
You don’t need more pressure — you need more balance.
Real progress doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from doing what’s right for your body
