Hi! I’m Mariam, and for the longest time I thought being successful meant doing more and constantly having packed days. I used to think rest was a reward for hard work, not something I deserved by default. Reaching burnout because of my very fast-paced life made me reevaluate my beliefs, and I’ve started embracing living in a more peaceful way.
