I brought Kitchen utensils with me:) Cooking in the kitchen is non-stop fun!

There are many inexpensive restaurants in Korea, and I usually grabbed my food outside, mostly when I was at school. However, here in Switzerland, I can’t go to the restaurant every day like I used to do in Korea because it’s too expensive. So I had no choice but to learn how to cook by myself. The problem is I hadn’t cut onions by myself before I came to Switzerland, haha. In the first month, I hated to eat what I cooked because it was awful. But I started to like cooking as my cooking skill has improved. The advantage of cooking by myself is that I know all the ingredients in the food. It’s not only good for my health but also very enjoyable as I can think about the taste of the ingredients I put in when I eat them. Also, especially in Switzerland, there are so many kinds of cheese, so it was a good chance to try new cheese one by one. I love Swiss cheese:)

Cooking skills will be the most important skill I have gained during my exchange life. I can’t wait to cook delicious food that I had in Switzerland for my family and friends in Korea.
