As announced, the first networking event of the Open Science Ambassador Programme of the Universities of Central Switzerland will take place on 12 March 2026, starting at 4:15 p.m. By establishing this Ambassador Programme, we aim to facilitate and strengthen low-threshold exchange and mutual peer-to-peer support among researchers.
Ambassadors, interested parties and individuals in key positions at the universities are invited to attend the networking event.
The programme for the evening has been finalised. We have reserved the Moderne Karussel (map) and look forward to a keynote speech on ‘Exploring the Connections Between Open Science and Citizen Science’ by Tizian Zumthurm (Schweiz Forscht/Science et cité). There will also be research insights from researchers, a discussion panel and, after the official part of the event, an apéro riche.
