  1. Hi Tanja
Nice – a new blog! I actually prefer the written ones, but it’s still very interesting to listen to Manuela Best’s advice. Thank you very much!
Keep up the good work 🙂

    1. Hi Lara, thanks for the feedback! The next blog about fitness exercises will be in text form again 😉 See you then!

  2. Dear Tanja and Manuela – nice tips again for a healthy and balanced eating culture during home office. Thank you! Question to the expert: What would you propose to prepare if time is very limited for a healthy lunch? Kind regards, Ritchie!

    1. Hi Ritchie, thanks for your comment. We recommend that you prepare your meals the night before or on the weekend to save time during the day. Or you could just make oven dishes (and use the time it’s in there to continue work/study) or if you have a steamer this is also an easy way to make quick and healthy dishes. If you google, you will find many delicious suggestions.

  3. Great Video Tanja! I just realized my snacks are not healthy at all ahaha. I will try to stay away from them 😀
